Cancellation policy direct bookers:

- When finalizing the reservation, we ask for a 50% depository payment. This will be refundable until 31 days before arrival;
- If canceled within 30 days, the 50% is non-refundable but is changeable for a future stay according to the terms and conditions;
- The remaining 50% is due on the day of check-in and will be non-refundable;
- Unused nights due to late arrival or early departure can be credited for a future stay.

Cancellation policy for third-party bookers:

- The full deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled more than 31 days prior to arrival;
- If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days or less prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation will be refunded;
- In case of a no-show the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable;
- Unused nights due to late arrival or an early departure are non-refundable.
